
Terms & Conditions
By engaging More Social, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Payments
All one-off projects require a 50% deposit upfront prior to commencement. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and must be paid before final delivery or handover of assets.

All social media management services must be paid upfront, either on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the agreed arrangement. Services will not commence or continue without payment being received.

No Refunds
All payments made to More Social are strictly non-refundable. This includes deposits, ongoing management fees, retainers, and any other payments, regardless of changes in circumstances, delays, or early termination.

No Discounts or Payment Plans
More Social does not offer discounts, payment plans, or deferred payment arrangements under any circumstances. All pricing is fixed and agreed to prior to commencement.

Late or Non-Payment
Failure to make payment on time may result in services being paused or terminated at More Social’s discretion. Outstanding balances remain payable in full.

Scope of Work
Services are delivered strictly in accordance with the agreed scope. Any additional work requested outside of scope will require separate approval and invoicing.

Intellectual Property
All creative assets, content, and materials remain the property of More Social until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership transfers as agreed for the intended use.

Acceptance
Engagement of services, payment of an invoice, or written confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
