1. Importance of Social Media Management for Your Business
Effective social media management enhances your brand’s visibility, engages your audience, drives traffic to your website, and boosts sales. It helps build strong customer relationships, establishes your industry authority, and keeps you ahead of competitors.
2. Terms and Conditions
This agreement begins on the submission date and operates on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the contract at any time. More Social will manage your social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and reporting. More Social may subcontract third-party services for campaign management as needed.
3. Invoicing and Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront, either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Invoices will be sent via email.
4. Management Add-Ons
Additional services such as social media ad campaigns and TikTok management are available upon request.
5. Discounted Services for Social Media Clients
Clients using our social media management services may receive discounts on additional services like graphic design and content creation. Contact us for details.
6. Late Payments
Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the outstanding amount is settled. Interest may apply to overdue payments.
7. Refunds
Refunds are not available once payment has been made and services have commenced.
8. Termination Notice
Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice.
9. Content Approval and Planning
A social media feed plan will be provided for client approval before scheduling posts. Timely feedback is required to ensure posts are published on schedule.
10. Communication
Communication will occur primarily via WhatsApp at +614 26 272 312. More Social is available for inquiries from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
