3. Invoicing and Payment Terms

Payment is due upfront on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

4. Management Add-Ons

Additional services, such as social media ad campaigns and TikTok management, can be added upon request.
5. Discounted Services for Social Media Management Clients

Clients using our social media management services may qualify for discounted rates on additional services like graphic design or content creation. Details will be discussed upon request.
6. Late Payments

Late payments may lead to a temporary suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled. More Social reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.
7. Refunds

Once payment has been made and services have commenced, no refunds will be offered for social media management services.
8. Notice Period for Termination

Either party may terminate this contract at any point.
9. Feed Approval and Planning

More Social will provide a four-week social media content plan for your approval before scheduling posts. Clients are required to provide timely feedback to ensure on-time posting.
10. Communication

Communication will primarily occur through WhatsApp at 0426 272 312. More Social is available for inquiries from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
