No Refund Policy

 

At More Social, we prioritize clarity and satisfaction in all our service offerings. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a project has commenced. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

 

Payment Terms

 

To facilitate smooth project execution and secure your timelines, we require:

 

- Social Media Management: Full payment upfront via credit card or bank transfer.

- All other services: We require  50% due upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. Final pricing will be confirmed after all project specifics are finalised.

 

Design Timeframes

 

We strive to meet your project deadlines:

 

- Logo and Branding Designs: Typically completed within 5-7 business days from payment.

- Business and Graphic Design Projects: Expected completion within 1-2 weeks.

- Business Website Designs: Generally take 3-4 weeks, tailored to your specific needs.

- E-commerce Website Designs: Also 3-4 weeks, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.
